A sweet and spicy salsa that pairs well with nachos, grilled chicken, or seafood.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Alphonso mango (diced)
- ½ red bell pepper (diced)
- ½ red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small jalapeño (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix diced mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, and coriander.
2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt.
3. Toss everything together and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Serve chilled with chips or as a side dish.
