A refreshing and creamy Indian yogurt-based drink, perfect for summer
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Alphonso mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup milk (optional, for thinner consistency)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
- Chopped pistachios or saffron strands for garnish
Instructions:
1. Blend the Alphonso mango pulp, yogurt, sugar, cardamom powder, and ice cubes until smooth.
2. Add milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios or saffron.
4. Serve chilled!
